3 month program
- Pre-work to help map out your goals, strengths, projects, and struggles
- 1:1 Initial call to review pre-work, develop game plan and clearly define your goals (1 hour)
- Weekly 30 minute 1:1 meetings with Chelsea, 12 total
- Access to Chelsea for questions, issues, and/or roadblocks that pop up via email and Voxer
